Sandra J. Miller, CBI, Principal: Sandy Miller provides merger and acquisition services to sell-side small and lower mid-market clients, prepares marketing packages, consults on strategic marketing issues and provides buy side services. Sandy has more than 20 years of marketing and financial services experience with companies including SunBank, Keystone Financial, Inc., Federated Investors, Inc. and Pennsylvania House furniture. Prior to joining VR Mergers and Acquisitions, Sandy was executive vice president for SunBank, a $1 billion regional bank in central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
